Shipping policy

Shipping

 All packages are shipped via UPS unless another option is requested (additional fees may apply). Please contact me for shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii. Where possible I can combine products to help with shipping, and I will refund any cost savings.

Most of my products are handcrafted and made to order and can take 2-3 weeks to complete, please review the individual listing for specific production times. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me before you place your order so we can confirm a shipment date.

You will receive an order confirmation with an estimate ship date, and a shipping notification with tracking info when your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges 

I’m proud of every item I make, however if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me with any issue or concerns. If the item has to be returned, please send back the product within 14 days in it's original packaging for a full refund of the product price. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in the case of a defective or damaged product)

I package my items carefully, but occasionally during transit, items may not be properly handled and arrive damaged.  If that is the case, contact me immediately.  I will ask for photos of the damaged product and of the shipping box so I can file a claim with the shipping carrier if warranted.

Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless they are incorrectdamaged during shipping. .
